As such, coffee pod or coffee capsule pods concept took off. Nespresso and nescafe launched their line of coffee machine that has the coffee powder encapsulated into a nice mini coffee capsule that allows you to pop one in and make consistently good coffee
The coffee machine that are out there by Nespresso includes the essenza mini or essenza plus or inissia. The newer edition includes the Vertuoplus。
The difference between the machine are the milk frostier and how they are integrated into the machine.
For the cheaper range, the milk warmer is as a separate machine that requires you to pour the milk in yourself. The more expensive one will automate it for you.
Other 3rd party coffee pods includes the Starbucks nespresso capsule, or the Hook Coffee coffee capsule or segafredo coffee pods
However, there are many options available for the capsule holder and the one that Nespresso sells are costing a bomb. The View Versilo Coffee capsule dispenser costs $45 or the discovery box costing $50. It can be almost 1/5 of the price of the new machine

This standee rotatable capsule holder is a bit cumbersome as you need to open the box and slot in the Starbucks coffee capsule one by one every week once you run out of supply of the coffee capsule.
Do note if they say that the stand is compatible with Nespresso, they are unlikely to be compatible with the Dolce Gusto capsules by Nescafe for their Dolce Gusto machine.
The other type that is available include the wall mounted one or the standee box one which allows you to open the capsule box and insert your nespresso capsule holder. This way you do not need to pour out your coffee pods and just keep it inside the box
